Meet Deela! 🐾  Deela is a beautiful, independent girl who is currently enjoying some quiet time in a foster home while preparing to welcome her kittens. This sweet mama-to-be came into care as a pregnant barn cat and is looking for a forever home that understands and appreciates her unique personality.  Deela is a true barn cat at heart. She is not a fan of the hustle and bustle of indoor life or seeking out human attention, but she is a wonderful example of a cat who thrives when given the right environment. She would be happiest in a safe barn, acreage, or rural setting where she can have space to explore, a warm place to call home, and caring people who respect her independence.  While Deela may not be the type of cat who curls up on your lap, she has an important role to play as a companion and working cat. She deserves a family who understands that some cats show their appreciation in quieter ways—by simply being nearby, keeping watch, and enjoying the freedom of a life that suits them.  Deela is currently in foster care receiving the care and support she needs as she prepares for motherhood.
